Pink Glove Disease

Acrylic, Oil stick, spray paint on linen.
This idea came from a piece of paper that was taped to the wall inside my closet from the previous tenant - it was a list of his weight and the date to keep track for his diabetes, kind of creepy

Soda Jerk

Acrylic, oil stick and graphite on museum wrapped canvas.
My all time favorite!
I made this painting right after moving to NY and I had so much energy from the city - I was dizzy with all the creativity in me and the city - but the painting itself is rather depressing to me for what it represents; failure, but as usual I painted it in bright happy colors that can make one feel happy until closer inspection

Cackville

Acrylic, oil stick and spray paint on art board
I did this painting when I briefly moved back to Chicago

Mexican Wrestler

Acrylic, oil stick, spray paint, china marker on canvas.
When I started this painting I never planned on it being a Mexican wrestler but when I was finished it reminded me of one soooo....My favorite part is the deer head - I used to paint deers a lot back then and I think I'm going to start again, they are sooo cute.

Greed

Acrylic, oil stick, china marker on canvas.
My friend Lena stretched this canvas for me as a gift - I do not like stretching canvas it's so tedious - I love this canvas because it's skinny but long and I told her she should be a pro canvas stretcher (haha)

Suckerpants

Acrylic, oil stick, spray paint, paper collage on a giant piece of canvas.
I love this painting I showed it in NY and my roommate and I had to carry it over to the gallery and we were about 5ft apart and people on the street were trying to look at the painting as we were trying to get through everyone - after we went to 7/A yay!
